Shipping Policy

Orders are normally shipped during business days as soon as we have received full payment. If the payment is received during weekends or a public holidays we will ship the order the first business day after.

Packages are shipped with registered post which is traceable, Unz Unz will send a tracking number after your order is packed and ready for shipping. We will always choose the least expensive and traceable shipping alternative if the Customer has has not specified a shipping alternative.

We reserve the right to delay shipments due to unexpected inconveniences, unexpected stock shortages or heavy workload. The Customer will be notified if a delay might occur or has occurred.

International shipping charges are applied and will be specified before payment is made. Additional customs duties as well as sales and/or import tax and charges for deliveries to countries outside the EU (third countries) shall be borne by the Customer.

The goods must be thoroughly inspected by the Customer upon receipt in order to detect any transportation damage and notify Unz Unz without delay if such a damage has occurred.
